Soul Amp, the premier Milwaukee Alternative Indie Jam Band has delayed the release of their new CD due to outside responsibilities and they insist, because you can't rush art. We at Amber Soup say, get to work you lazy, worthless musicians. Your fans, all five them (not including family members), are semi-anxiously awaiting the next realease.

In the meantime, Amber Soup has generously allowed these slouches to continue to release lots and lots of Free Music on their website.

Soul Amp is gearing up to release a new collection of music in the final quarter of 2007. The band has shifted gears some and has been developing new music in a jam and psychedelic vein while continuing to maintain their punk/alt-country vibe. We at Amber Soup Records are proud to announce the signing of the musical group, Soul Amp, to our roster of artists. Soul Amp are Brad Odland (vocals, guitar), Mike Fisk (keys), Mike Nettesheim (drums), and Steve White (bass). Soul Amp has an updated retro sound with a purist analog feel. They capture influences from 4 decades of rock and roll and blend it into a stew of refreshing new music. Look for the release of their first album in early summer 2005.
